Email, legal identity, eligibility, age-confirmation, billing, and event check-in records belong to account, safety, and legal operations. They are not Calling Card or guest-list content.

Access to the House is not access to every person within it. Identity, presence, media, invitations, and intimate detail each have their own door.
THREE LAYERS OF IDENTITY
The account is not the Calling Card.
House Nova separates the information needed to operate a private adult membership from the identity a member chooses to present inside it.
ACTIVE MEMBERS
House identity
A House name, title, portrait, pronouns, interests, and other chosen Calling Card details may be presented to active members. Birth date is not displayed.
CHOSEN HOUSE AUDIENCE
Character identity
A character can remain private or appear inside the House, and its connection to the account may be shown or concealed. House Nova keeps the true owner privately for safety and permissions.

Retracted Calling Cards are excluded from the Social Register and direct member-card view. House-wide member search remains intentionally closed while the deeper permission audit is completed.
MEDIA REQUIRES ITS OWN YES
Seen is not shareable.
A key, Accord, invitation, relationship, or earlier permission does not silently expand the audience.
- 01Permission to create a photograph, video, recording, or story is not permission to publish it.
- 02Publication needs every depicted person's permission for that specific item and intended audience.
- 03A member tag must be approved before the tagged item appears through that path.
- 04Removing a tag, revoking access, blocking a member, or requesting removal must remain available without retaliation.
- 05A contributor depicting a non-member must attest to appropriate written or recorded permission, subject to stricter legal requirements.
INVITATIONS & LOCATION
Particulars follow eligibility.
Protected event details belong only to the eligible member or intended invitee. An invitation may reveal what is necessary to attend; it does not authorize forwarding, public posting, or disclosure of who else may be present.
Guest-facing attendance uses House identities. Legal names collected for identity or check-in remain operational records and are not displayed on profiles or guest lists.
House Nova does not publish a private physical location as part of its public story. Off-site gatherings remain independent occasions governed by their hosts, venues, and stated safety conditions.

What still must be completed
These are launch gates, not decorative promises. The House should not claim a protection before its control, audit trail, and recovery path have been tested.
Visibility enforcement
Complete a server-enforced audit of every profile, search, room, event, media, and notification surface.
Media consent controls
Finish depicted-person approval, tagging, removal, reporting, and audience-change workflows before sensitive publishing opens.
Presence controls
Finish online-status, room-presence, profile-view, and notification-preview choices without indirect disclosure.
Member data rights
Provide clear paths for access, correction, export, deletion requests, and any legally required retention exceptions.
Formal privacy package
Complete the data map, processor disclosures, retention schedule, security procedures, and attorney-reviewed Privacy Policy.
This is a plain-language guide to the House Nova product and its intended privacy behavior. It does not replace the production Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, consent records, retention schedule, or other attorney-reviewed documents required before launch.
