Creator Account

Creator is not a fourth social tier. It is a reviewed commercial account layered over membership, with NOIR privileges included while Creator status remains active.

Creators who also hold OBSIDIAN pay $45 monthly in total during the planned launch model. When Creator status ends, the member returns to Society, standard NOIR, or OBSIDIAN according to their separate membership choice; statements remain available read-only.

WHO MAY APPLY

  • 21+, U.S.-based, and a member in good standing
  • Identity, age, tax, and payout verification completed
  • Sample work, ownership or licenses, and participant consent documented
  • House review, followed by a 90-day provisional period
  • Annual reverification and continuing conduct compliance

EARNING

Approval—not membership—permits earning.

Society, NOIR, and OBSIDIAN members may host free events. Only an approved Creator may sell tickets, require paid access, receive tips, or earn through the House. Creator event tickets use the same 85/15 split. House-produced and co-produced engagements use separate written economics.

AUDIO UNLOCKS

One purchase. Replays remain unlocked.

The planned House Media Fee is $0.50 for standard audio up to ten minutes and $1.00 for longer or premium audio. A Creator receives 85% of the chosen base price; the House receives 15% plus the full media fee. The receipt itemizes the single total.

PAID TERMS

No refunds for paid memberships.

Paid memberships and Creator Account fees are non-refundable. Cancellation stops renewal and does not ordinarily end access before the close of the paid term. The House may correct duplicate, unauthorized, or billing-error charges and will honor reversals required by law.

Creator sales reversed for a permitted billing correction, chargeback, or legally required reversal are allocated proportionally across the Creator and House shares. Exact documented additional losses caused by Creator fraud or policy violations may be charged to the Creator ledger.

BILLING & CANCELLATION

Manage a Segpay purchase

Segpay's Consumer Self-Service Portal lets a purchaser look up and cancel a recurring membership. Cancellation stops renewal; access ordinarily remains through the paid period.
